Yes. Our standard buildings are designed and manufactured to comply with international standards such as ISO. We can also adapt designs to meet specific regional or national building codes (e.g., Eurocodes, ASTM), wind/snow load requirements, and fire safety regulations upon request.

To provide an accurate quote, please specify: Building type, dimensions (LWH), and layout/floor plan. Quantity required. Desired specifications (wall/roof panel thickness, insulation, doors/windows, electrical setup, interior finishes). Destination port/country. Preferred trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR).

Our standard FOB price typically includes: Fully finished buildings, painted and assembled. Standard interior fittings (lights, sockets, switches). All necessary doors and windows. Professional packing for ocean transport (usually in frames or bundles). Delivery to and loading onto the vessel at the named port of shipment. Standard export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).

Standard terms for new clients are 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of shipping documents before shipment. For long-term partners, other terms like L/C at sight can be negotiated.
