The ground must be flat, solid concrete ground with enough bearing capacity. Do not rigidly weld the support legs to the foundation; just fix them with anchor bolts. Keep all shock-absorbing springs vertically balanced to prevent screen deflection during operation.

First shut down the machine for inspection. Main faults include inconsistent spring elasticity on both sides, loose screen box bolts, or one vibration motor failing to work normally. Replace aging springs, fasten all bolts tightly, and overhaul the faulty vibrator to restore stable operation.
