Solutions: Check if the two vibration motors run synchronously, control uniform feeding volume to avoid material accumulation, and replace blocked or worn screen panels in time.
Q:Can this dewatering screen work with cyclone fine sand recovery machine?
A:
Absolutely. It is the matching core equipment of hydrocyclone system. The cyclone sends concentrated sand slurry to the dewatering screen for solid-liquid separation, recovering lost fine sand while lowering sand moisture, which greatly improves finished sand yield and quality.
Q:How long is the service life of the standard polyurethane screen plate?
A:
Under normal sand washing working conditions, the PU screen plate can serve 12 TO 24 months, 3 TO 5 times longer than manganese steel woven mesh. If you process coarse hard stones, we can provide thickened wear-resistant PU plates to extend service life further.
