Our logistics staff track goods until safe delivery. Business and technical staff are available during the application period. Any email is replied to within 12 hours, and a solution is provided within 24 hours. For confirmed quality claims, we replace products or provide compensation.

We provide quality control from graphite material to finished parts. We offer antioxidation, impermeability, wax and resin impregnation, and purification treatments to improve product life and performance. Our team serves customers with a strong sense of service throughout the process.
