We strictly follow ISO 9001:2015 standards. Graphite material is inspected in our own laboratory before processing. Specially assigned inspectors check measured values during machining, and a second measurement is conducted before packing. Safe packing is also inspected before shipment.

Logistics staff track goods until safe delivery. Business and technical staff are available during the application period. Emails are replied to within 12 hours, and solutions are given within 24 hours. For confirmed quality claims, we replace products with new ones or provide payment compensation.
