Logistics staff track goods until safe delivery. Business and technical staff are available during the application period, replying to emails within 12 hours and providing solutions within 24 hours. For confirmed quality claims, we replace products with new ones or provide payment compensation.

We provide quality control from graphite material to finished parts. We offer antioxidation, impermeability, wax and resin impregnation, and purification treatments to improve graphite life and performance.
