Q:What is the payment term?

FOB Qingdao. Payment is by T/T: 60% deposit in advance, and the remaining 40% must be paid in full before shipment.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For machines with standard 380V voltage, delivery takes 10 to 20 days. For other voltage specifications, it takes 15 to 30 days.

Q:What is the warranty period?

The whole machine comes with a 12-month warranty. Free replacement parts are provided for issues within 12 months; after that, parts are at cost price. Lifelong technical support is included.
