We are a manufacturer with a 30,000 square meter factory located in Qingdao, the largest woodworking machinery production base in Northern China.

Q:What is the warranty period?

The whole machine comes with a 12-month warranty. Free replacement parts are provided for issues under normal use within 12 months. After 12 months, parts are at cost price, with lifelong technical support.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For standard 380V voltage machines, delivery takes 10 to 20 days. For other voltage specifications, it takes 15 to 30 days.

Q:What is the payment term?

Payment is by T/T: 60% deposit in advance, and the remaining 40% must be paid in full before shipment. Terms are FOB Qingdao.
