Q:What is the payment term?

FOB Qingdao. Payment is by T/T: 60% deposit in advance, and the remaining 40% must be paid in full before shipment.

Q:What is the delivery time?

For machines with standard 380V voltage, delivery takes 10 to 20 days. For other voltage specifications, it takes 15 to 30 days.

Q:What is the warranty period?

The whole machine comes with a 12-month warranty. If any issues arise under normal use and maintenance within 12 months, you will receive replacement parts free of charge. After 12 months, replacement parts will be provided at cost price. You will also receive lifelong technical support and service.
