Can we customized extra parts?

Customers can add extra parts for the container house. These additions include: stairs, terrace, glass guardrails, triangular roof, glass walls, toilet, canopy, corridor,steel guardrails,etc.

How do you control your product quality?

We have the QC during the whole process of production. From material inspection, production process and package inspection before shipping. Quality is priority for us!

Can I have a sample to test the quality?

Accepted Answer

We could show you the product details by photo or video. If you prefer have one sample to test the quality, that is OKAY, but the quotation will be higher and the shipping cost is not economical for just one sample. Normally our customers order one container of 20GP or 40GP.

Do l need a permit to put this on my property?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may need one. We recommend that you use a general contractor as they can also help with foundations and installing utilities.Permits can range from simple and inexpensive to complex and expensive.

What are the materials option for the thermal insulation?

1.Corrugated steel sheet, thickness from 0.3mm-0.6mm
2.Thermal insulation material: EPS sandwich panel,Rock Wool sandwich panel, PU (polyurethane) sandwich panel.

What factors should be considered in customizing the prefab house?

1.The local weather condition. We need to know the wind speed, the snow loading (if it's snowing area), the Seismic rating.
2.The size of the land can be for this building.
3.The purpose of the building, like do you need it for labour accommodation, office, or steel frame workshop, etc.

2. One order, one special person to follow the whole production.
3. For the house install, we will give you the install drawing. If you need, we also can send you an engineer to teach your workers, but you have to charge the double ticket, accommodation, food and salary.
