Sewage outlets are pre-reserved at the factory according to fixed positioning, allowing you to connect to a septic tank or black water tank. For water and electricity connections, external power interfaces and water inlets for the kitchen and bathroom are pre-installed before delivery, which can be connected to local municipal utilities. In special cases without grid power, a solar panel system can be installed for energy storage, or a backup generator can be added as an alternative.

Will the space capsule rust if left outdoors for a long time?

The outer shell of the space capsule is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy, which is sturdy and durable with a long service life. The surface is treated with fluorocarbon paint to resist erosion from ultraviolet rays, temperature changes, and atmospheric conditions. The aluminum panel also features excellent bending resistance and wind pressure resistance, providing effective moisture-proof and anti-corrosion protection.

How is the space capsule transported and installed?

Four lifting lugs are installed on the top of the space capsule. Crane cables are fixed to these lugs, and the crane operator lifts the capsule onto a frame container. The support feet at the bottom are secured, and the container is transported to the port. The frame container is then lifted onto the cargo ship for sea freight to the destination. Upon arrival, the capsule is hoisted on-site, aligned with the pre-planned position, and connected to water and electricity for immediate use.

Can the house be moved?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is movable. If you purchase a trailer, you can tow it; alternatively, it can be transported using a truck crane. Before moving, the building must be folded. All plumbing, electrical, and fixed utility connections must be disconnected by an authorized technician. Additionally, all internal furniture, kitchen fixtures, and trim pieces must be removed to allow folding.

Typically, our space capsules are shipped in 40FR containers. Due to the over-width and over-height dimensions of the capsule, the shipping cost is much higher than standard container freight. However, we also offer modular space capsules that can be shipped in standard 40HQ containers, which significantly reduces the transportation cost.

Modular space capsules come with installation manuals and video guides, which you can follow step by step. If you are concerned about installation, you can also send your local workers to our factory for free training on the installation process and procedures. Alternatively, if you place a large order, we can send our technicians to your location to supervise the installation.
