Our machine is guaranteed for one year. We will fix any big or small problem of the machine at our cost, but man-made damage is not covered. We will teach you how to install and use the machine by video, or our engineers can go to your company. Our engineers are supported to go overseas to install and adjust the machine and offer training, but you need to offer round-trip tickets and accommodation.
