Q:What is the MOQ for customized printing and packing?
A:
Normally 200,000 pcs for customized printing; if not reached, printing cost will be charged. For customized packing, minimum 5,000 units. Small quantities can use normal packing with free bar label addition.
Q:What materials are used for the cupcake liners?
A:
Foil Aluminum Paper liners are 60 gsm with grease and water proof features. Ordinary cake paper cups come in 40 gsm Grade 3 or 60 gsm Grade 7 greaseproof paper.
Q:What are the delivery times for stock and customized orders?
A:
Stock orders with low quantity are ready in 10 days. Customized orders are ready within 25 days. For large quantities (e.g., 5,000,000 pcs) with customized packing, it takes 30-35 days.
Q:How is shipping handled and what are the costs?
A:
Contact us for precise costs. Small quantities ship via express (e.g., 5-7 days to Japan, 20 days to US). Large quantities can use LCL or rail (40-50 days to Europe). Customs duties are often included in express rates.
Q:Do you offer design services without a draft?
A:
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services, but there will be a charge for the design cost.
