Q:What is the MOQ for customized printing and packing?
A:
Normally 200,000 pcs per customized printing. If not reached, printing cost will be charged. For customized packing, normally 5,000 units at least. If quantity is small, choose normal packing without logo or with our logo, and we can add your bar label for free.
Q:What materials are used for the baking cups?
A:
For foil aluminum paper cupcake liners, normally 60 gsm foil aluminum paper with greaseproof and waterproof features. For ordinary cake paper cups, we use 40 gsm grade 3 greaseproof paper and 60 gsm grade 7 greaseproof paper. Grade 7 has better greaseproof performance but is more expensive.
Q:What is the delivery time for orders?
A:
Stock items with low quantity are ready in 10 days. Normally customized orders are ready within 25 days. For larger quantities like 5,000,000 pcs with customized packing, goods are ready in 30-35 days.
Q:How is shipping handled and what are the costs?
A:
Contact us for precise shipping costs. Small quantities are shipped by express. For larger goods, use a shipping agency or we can arrange LCL shipping. Express to US takes 20 days, to Japan 5-7 days, and to Korea 3-5 days. Europe can be shipped by rail (40-50 days) or express.
Q:Do you offer design services without a design draft?
A:
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. However, this will incur additional charges.
