Q:What is your product warranty policy ?
A:
We offer a 12-month official warranty for all electronic products from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of defective parts (we bear the shipping cost of parts) or product repair; for irreparable products, we offer free replacement or a proportional refund according to the damage degree.
Q:Do you provide door-to-door shipping service, and who bears the customs duties and taxes?
A:
Yes, we provide DDP/DDU door-to-door shipping to all major cities in Europe and the US. For DDP terms, we bear the shipping cost, customs clearance fee, duties and taxes; for DDU terms, the buyer is responsible for local duties and taxes at the destination port. We will confirm the trade terms clearly in the PI before production.
Q:Can you customize the product logo, packaging and user manual in other Languang?
