Close the wind shield. Check vibration or air flow. Make sure the balance is leveled. Recalibrate. If problem remains, please contact customer service.

Q:Can I buy spare pan or wind shield separately if broken?

Yes. The weighing pan and wind shield are consumable parts not covered by free warranty. Spare parts can be purchased separately.

Q:Does it need calibration after receiving? How to calibrate?

Vibration during transportation may affect accuracy. Recalibration is recommended before first use. Use matching weight to do external calibration following user manual. Contact us for operation video if needed.
