Our general pin production time is about 18-20 days after the artwork is confirmed. The transportation time is about 7-10 days.

Q:Do you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not be using my design without permission?

All of your custom designs are safety with us and we can sign a confidentiality agreement. You can provide the confidentiality agreement you drafted, and we will sign and seal it for you.

About artworks: After you make the order, we will provide you with artwork free of charge within 24 hours (excluding legal holidays), and can modify it according to your requirements when the craft is feasible, we will start production until you confirm the artwork.
