We will provide artwork before production. Start production after your artwork is confirmed. We can also make a sample list for you first. The cost of the sample list is the mold fee + each design sample fee.

Our general pin production time is about 18-20 days after the artwork is confirmed. The transportation time is about 7-10 days.

Q:Do you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not use my design without permission?

It is very important. First of all, we want to solemnly promise that all customized pins designs in our company are protected, we will not sell your designs. All of your custom designs are safety with us and we can sign a confidentiality agreement. You can provide the confidentiality agreement you drafted, and we will sign and seal it for you.

About artworks: After you make the order, we will provide you with artwork free of charge within 24 hours (excluding legal holidays), and can modify it according to your requirements when the craft is feasible, we will start production until you confirm the artwork.
