We will provide you with artwork before production. Start production after your artwork is confirmed. We can also make a sample list for you first. The cost of the sample list is the mold fee + each design sample fee.

Our general pin production time is about 18-20 days after the artwork is confirmed. The transportation time is about 7-10 days.

Q:Do you have a copyright letter to promise that you will not be using my design without permission?

All of your custom designs are safety with us and we can sign a confidentiality agreement. You can provide the confidentiality agreement you drafted, and we will sign and seal it for you.
