Yes it is the same as normal PLA filament. The difference between PLA+ and PLA is, Silk PLAhas better mechanical performance. Tougher and not easy to be broken. Our unique recipe of our Silk PLA aims to make the 3d printing parts as strong as injected parts. But regarding to the settings, temperature is the basic setting.
