Suitable for peanut, almond (badam), pistachio. Dry nuts cannot be processed directly; raw materials need hot water soaking pretreatment.

Q:Can we adjust the gap between rollers?

Yes. Spring pressure adjustment system on the top. Tighter gap improves peeling rate; looser gap reduces broken kernels. Adjust according to nut size.

Q:How to pretreat raw nuts?

Soak peanuts in 85-95 celsius hot water for 3-8 minutes. Adjust soaking time for almond and pistachio according to thickness. Do not feed dry nuts directly, otherwise poor peeling effect and high breakage.
