This machine only breaks outer thorny castor capsule to separate seeds.

Q:Can the raw materials be shelled directly if they are damp?

It is not recommended. If the moisture content exceeds 11%, the seed coat will be too soft and will not crack, resulting in extremely poor shelling and the seeds may stick to the machine. They must be dried and conditioned to 8-10% before processing.

Q:Too much shell residue with seeds?
