Our pile driver attachments cover excavators ranging from 6 tons to 50 tons. Different tonnages correspond to different models, primarily matched based on the excavator's hydraulic flow rate and pressure. With quick-change clamping jaws, this attachment is widely compatible with steel sheet piles, steel pipe piles, H-beams, I-beams, timber piles, precast concrete piles, and solar spiral piles. Customized jaws for specific pile profiles are also available upon request.

Routine maintenance includes the following: Check hydraulic hoses and fittings for leaks or looseness before each use. Regularly inspect the anti-vibration rubber pads for wear; replace if severe cracks or deformation are found. Change gearbox oil as per the manual (first change after 50 hours of operation, then every 500 hours or quarterly). When not in use for extended periods, clean the attachment, apply rust preventive oil, and store it in a dry, ventilated area.

We provide sturdy steel frame or wooden crate packaging to ensure safety during long-distance sea or land transport. Shipping methods include sea freight, air freight, or trucking, depending on destination and delivery timeline requirements. For full container orders, bare loading with proper lashing inside the container is also available to save packaging costs.
