Multi-Layer Reinforced Hydraulic Oil Hose for Excavator Hydraulic System Maintenance

Our hydraulic hoses comply with international standards such as SAE (e.g., SAE 100 R2, R12, R15) and DIN EN (e.g., DIN EN853 2SN, DIN EN856 4SP/4SH). Working pressures range from 16 MPa up to 45 MPa (approx. 2,300 to 6,500 PSI), depending on the number of steel wire reinforcement layers (braided or spiral) and inner diameter. We can recommend the exact spec based on your excavator model.

For standard stock items, we support low MOQ (even 1 piece or 1 roll for testing). For customized OEM orders (such as customized branding/printing on the hose surface, special lengths, or specific fitting combinations), our typical MOQ is 100 pieces per size, but we are always flexible to support new partners on trial orders.

Our hoses are made with a synthetic rubber inner tube (oil and heat resistant), multiple layers of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement, and a synthetic rubber outer cover that is highly resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather, and aging. This ensures they perform reliably in harsh construction environments like mines, quarries, and demolition sites.

To protect the hoses and fittings from damage during transit, we usually pack them using plastic woven films tightly rolled for bulk hoses. For hose assemblies, we protect the threads with plastic caps, bundle them securely, and pack them into sturdy plywood boxes or pallets to ensure they arrive at your warehouse in perfect condition.
