Goods can be delivered by sea, air, or international express. We can quote FOB, CFR, or CIF prices as per your request.

Yes. We are a one-stop supplier. In addition to casting, we offer CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and surface finishing (polishing, anodizing, passivation, powder coating, etc.) to deliver fully finished parts.

What is the maximum size and weight you can cast?

We can produce sand castings up to 3000mm in size and 10+ tons in weight per piece. Our
foundry is equipped to handle large and heavy parts such as machine bases, pump housings,
and valve bodies.

What tolerance can you achieve with sand casting?

Our standard sand casting tolerance is CT7-CT10. For tighter tolerances, we provide CNC
machining after casting to achieve +/-0.05mm.

What pattern options do you offer, and what is the lead time?

We offer wood, aluminum, resin, and metal patterns. Pattern lead time is 7-15 days for wood
patterns and 25-40 days for metal patterns. Patterns are owned by the client and stored free of
charge for future reorders.

Do you provide heat treatment for sand castings?

Yes. We offer stress relief annealing, normalizing, and quenching & tempering to achieve the
required mechanical properties for your application.

What inspection and testing do you provide?

Accepted Answer

We provide full dimensional inspection with CMM, material verification with spectrometer,
hardness testing, and hydrostatic pressure testing. Ultrasonic testing (UT) and NDT are available
upon request. Material Test Reports (MTR) and dimensional inspection reports are included with
every shipment.
