Investment casting uses wax pattern tooling, which is significantly lower cost than die casting metal molds. This makes it ideal for small-batch prototypes, trial orders, and complex parts that would be expensive to machine. Tooling is owned by the client and stored free of charge for future reorders.

Sample lead time is 5-7 working days. Mass production lead time is 12-18 working days,
depending on part complexity and order quantity. We will confirm the specific timeline when we
provide our quotation.

What tolerance can you achieve with investment casting?

Our investment casting tolerance is CT4-CT6, typically +/-0.13mm depending on part geometry.
For tighter tolerances, we provide CNC machining after casting to achieve +-0.01mm.
