The standard 3 axle flatbed semi-trailer has a load capacity of 40-60 tons, with a deck size of approximately 12800 x2400 mm and overall dimensions 13000 x2500 x1500 mm. Heavy-duty reinforced version can carry up to 80 tons. The actual load depends on axle configuration, main beam thickness and road conditions. It is equipped with 3 FUWA 13-ton axles (BPW optional), double high-strength manganese steel main beams, and multi-leaf spring suspension.

Q:Can this flatbed trailer transport containers? Does it have twist locks?

Yes, we can install 12 standard container twist locks on the flatbed deck, compatible with 20ft, 40ft and 45ft standard containers. With twist locks, the trailer can transport both containers and bulk cargo---dual use, high return on investment. If you mainly transport steel, building materials or machinery without containers, twist locks can be omitted to reduce cost. The flatbed deck is made of 3-4mm anti-slip checkered steel plate, safe for cargo stacking.

Q:How is the trailer shipped?

We use RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipment for semi-trailers, which is the most economical and safe method. The trailer is towed onto the vessel by tractor head, no lifting needed. If destination port has no RORO terminal, we can arrange break bulk shipment or container shipment (for small trailers). FOB, CIF, DAP terms all available. We can also ship multiple trailers in one vessel to save freight cost.
