Q:What is the early stripping mechanism and how does it work?

Our patented Drop Head allows the formwork panel to be removed just 48 hours after concrete pouring, or when concrete strength reaches MPA12, while the props remain in place to continue supporting the floor. The removed panels can immediately be moved to the next floor, meaning 1 set of GF Green Formwork with 2 sets of props equals the productivity of 2 sets of conventional formwork.

Yes. We support full OEM/ODM customization including panel sizes, frame colors (white, orange, or custom), branding, and complete 3D design and project solution services.
