Our standard welding robot is 6 axis articulated type. We can supply travelling rail 7 axis solution and linkage work with external axis welding positioner.

Q:Which welding modes are supported?

It works with MIG, MAG, TIG and CO2 gas shielded welding. We will match the suitable welding power source according to your material and plate thickness.

Q:Is seam tracking sensor optional?

Yes. The laser seam tracker can auto correct workpiece installation error, ideal for rough cast and non precision workpieces.

Q:How long will we learn robot programming?

Our teach pendant adopts drag to teach operation. Basic welding program operation can be mastered within one day training. Operation manual and operation video are supplied.

Q:How long is your warranty period?

12 month warranty. We provide online technical guidance all the time. Spare parts supply is available at factory cost.
