Q:What is the difference between double column head tailstock positioner and ordinary single table welding positioner?

Double column head tailstock type supports workpiece at both ends.It is specially designed for long heavy workpieces, effectively solving workpiece sagging and deformation problems. Ordinary single table positioner only supports one end mounting,not suitable for long structural parts.
Q:Can this positioner work with 6 axis welding robot as external axes?
A:
Yes, We reserve robot communication interface, Servo driven model can be used as external servo axes to realize coordinated linkage, with welding robot VFD version works independently without robot synchronous linkage.

A Rotation 360 degree continuous rotation adjustable according to customer requirements
Q:What foundation requirement is needed for installation?
A:
