Key features

The column and boom works with a welding rotator or welding positioner to weld internal and external circular seams, fillet welds and longitudinal seams automatically, for pressure vessels and shipyar

Lifting and extending strokes come in six standard models from CZ2X2 to CZ8X8, with effective strokes of 2000 mm to 8000 mm to match different workpiece sizes

Optional fittings include the nose, cross fine tuning, welding swing, welding machine, seam tracker and flux conveying and recycling machine, so tracking and flux recovery can be added

Control station with hand controller gives remote control, with welding parameters displayed digitally and preset, and a linkage interface connects our rotators and positioners

Column and beam use steel profiles with a planar guide rail design for high rigidity and low deflection when the boom reaches out

Lifting runs on an AC motor at constant speed, while extension uses AC variable frequency stepless regulation with constant torque output

The guide rail is grade 45 steel, stress relieved after welding and planed to shape, so accuracy and stability hold over long service

Extension uses a gear and rack transmission with high accuracy and steady travel, and the speed is displayed digitally so it can be set before welding starts

Boom lifting, boom extension and trolley travel each have electrical and mechanical protection, which helps prevent over travel on long automatic runs

The column turns plus or minus 180 degrees on a quality slewing bearing, so the head swings to either side of the workpiece
