The welding manipulator (column and boom) is automatic welding equipment. It cooperates with welding rotator or welding positioner to complete longitudinal seam and circumferential seam welding for cylinders, tanks and pressure vessels.
Q:Which welding processes can this manipulator support?
A:
It is compatible with SAW (submerged arc welding), MIG, MAG. Welding power source is not included, you can match your own welding machine.
Q:Can I customize the working stroke?
A:
Yes. Non standard larger stroke can be customized.
Q:Fixed base or travelling base, which one should I choose?
A:
Fixed base for single station welding. Travelling moving base is recommended if you need to process workpieces in different positions.
