AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryPinghu United Vehicles Co., Ltd. is a children’s vehicle manufacturer founded in 2017, with an approximately 10,312 m² plant, six production lines, and eight years of export experience. The supplier demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM capabilities, recent product development, more than 20 patents, and several stated certifications. Quality, complaint handling, corrective-action, and finished-product inspection procedures are documented and reportedly followed. However, the investigation identifies weaknesses in manufacturing governance: no valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors, no outsourcing SOP, and no continuous quantity reconciliation. The supplier also reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom capability. Financial information is not sufficiently interpretable for assessment and is excluded from this summary.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Pinghu United Vehicles Co., Ltd., a company founded in 2017 that integrates design, development, manufacturing, and sales of children’s vehicle products. Its stated commercial trade category is toys, supporting classification as a children’s vehicle/toy manufacturer.

CertificationsThe supplier states that it holds Zhejiang Manufacturing Certification, Zhejiang Science and Technology Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Certification, and National High-Tech Enterprise Certification. It also reports more than 20 patents, although patents are not certifications.

After-Sales capabilityDocumented and followed procedures exist for corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, supplier-service assessment, and finished-product inspection; the supplier also accepts several service quotation and payment terms and is located near Shanghai and Ningbo ports. However, it reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom capability, so the evidence supports procedural service capability but not comprehensive overseas support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports continuous new product design and development, at least one new product in the past year, more than 20 patents, and National High-Tech Enterprise Certification. It also offers ODM services, while no SDK is available; the overall evidence supports product innovation and development capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, minor and full customization, and flexible customization. It also provides ODM services, demonstrating broad product-design and customization coverage.
