Q:How does the 12-month warranty work?

If your board is malfunctioning, we will do a remote analysis of the board and conclude whether it is subject to the 1-year warranty. If a module needs service, we will take care of the freight and handling.

Q:Is it hard to learn how to ride?

Most riders stand up comfortably in one to two rides. A pro tip is to start at a lower power mode and get comfortable with the sensitivity of the throttle.

Q:How do I clean my board?

You simply rinse the board with fresh water after the ride. For cosmetic reasons, this is especially advised when riding in salty waters.
