Q:What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address stated at checkout. An account manager will reach out to you within 24h.

Q:What is included with each board?

Everything you need to get going: Board, battery, remote controller, charges etc. to activate your board and to charge the batteries.

Q:How does the 12-month warranty work?

If your board is malfunctioning, we will do a remote analysis of the board and conclude whether it is subject to the 1-year warranty. If a module needs service, we will take care of the freight and handling.

Q:Is it hard to learn how to ride?

Most riders stand up comfortably in one to two rides. A pro tip is to start at a lower power mode and get comfortable with the sensitivity of the throttle.

Q:How do I clean my board?

You simply rinse the board and the batteries with fresh water after the ride. For cosmetic reasons, this is especially advised when riding in salty waters.
