Usually it takes 7-15 days to proces the samples. The exact time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and material availability.
Q:What is your OEM workflow from receiving a customer's design to final sample approval?
A:
Upon receiving the client's tech pack, we first provide estimates along with professional suggestions on materials, construction. If the cost is acceptable, we move to sample procedure. we will create a structural prototype (paper mock) to show the bag's construction and proportions. Once we get confirmation from the clients, we proceed to make the formal sample.
Q:What is the typical production lead time for bulk orders?

The standard lead time is 30-45 days, which depends on the order quantity and the specific materials chosen. We can discuss expedited options for urgent projects.
