Q:Is it a direct drop-in replacement for my HIWIN HGH25CA without modification?
A:
Yes. Mounting dimensions, block height and hole pattern are manufactured to the same specifications, so it installs on your existing base without re-drilling. Send us a photo of your current setup if you want confirmation before ordering.
Q:What accuracy grade and preload do you recommend for a CNC milling machine?
A:
For general milling we recommend grade H with Z0 preload. If the machine does finish cutting or precision boring, choose grade P. For heavy roughing with impact, Z1 preload reduces vibration.
Q:Can you cut rails to my required length?
A:
Yes. Any length between 100 mm and 4000 mm; ends are chamfered, deburred and anti-rust treated so debris cannot enter the ball circuit.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
1 set. We accept sample orders and small trial orders; freight for samples is borne by the buyer.
Q:Do you supply the rail only (HGR25) or the block only?
A:
Both. Many customers replace only the damaged component, so we ship rails and blocks separately as well as in sets.
