AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryYu Tian Machinery Co., Ltd. is a limited company supplying excavators, excavator parts, engines, trucks, hydraulic pumps, motors, and gearboxes. It states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands and offers flexible customization, while its products are exported to multiple regions and export sales account for 90% of total sales. Reported order lead times are within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons, and the supplier has 6–10 quality control staff. However, no SDK, quality-control test equipment, formal service procedures, corrective-action records, complaint-handling records, overseas facilities, or offline trade-show participation are reported. R&D resources and documentation are limited, with one R&D engineer and no available design audit documentation. Financial information is represented only by years, so financial credibility cannot be assessed. No explicit certification holding or named customer cases are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as Yu Tian Machinery Co., Ltd., a limited company whose product scope includes excavators, excavator parts, engines, trucks, hydraulic pumps, motors, and gearboxes. The SGS record identifies the same primary product categories, supporting classification as a machinery and industrial-equipment supplier.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK, one R&D engineer, and no design input, output, review, verification, or validation documentation available for audit. The engineer’s stated responsibility is providing samples according to customer requirements, which supports basic sample development but not strong independent innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual production output in the stated range, 6–10 quality-control staff, exports to multiple global regions, and order fulfillment within 15 working days in both peak and off-peak seasons. However, it reports zero quality-control test equipment, so production scale and delivery capability are evidenced, while testing infrastructure is a clear weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, providing direct evidence of customization and OEM capability.
