AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a Shanghai-based trading company associated with wholesale and retail activities. It reports excavator output of 1,000 pieces and 21–30 quality-control staff, with one-month off-season and two-to-three-month peak-season fulfillment times in one dataset; another dataset records inconsistent peak-season lead-time information. The supplier offers OEM and ODM services and can customize from samples or designs, but reports no new products in the past year, no private-mold, professional technical-supplier, 3D-design, or SDK capability. After-sales support includes a 12-month warranty, global parts supply, multilingual support, and on-site service. It has export experience and identifies Africa as a primary market, but lacks overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouses, showrooms, and offline trade-show participation. Certification, customer cases, and sufficient evidence of financial strength are not established.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers a 12-month warranty, global parts supply, multilingual support, and on-site service. These stated services provide positive evidence of after-sales coverage.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides ODM services, but reports no new products in the past year, no SDK, no private-mold capability, no professional technical-supplier capability, and no 3D software design service. The evidence shows limited innovation infrastructure despite design-related service availability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports excavator output of 1,000 pieces, 21–30 quality-control staff, 50 qualified service-capability suppliers, and one-month off-season lead time. Peak-season timing is inconsistent across the slices—two to three months in one record versus a contradictory six-month-related entry—so capacity is evidenced but not fully consistent.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers OEM and ODM services and supports customization from samples and designs. These capabilities directly demonstrate an ability to handle customized products.
