We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.

Availability of spare parts?

We will supply the most commonly needed parts. There rests have the warranty for 1 year.

What is the guarantee and maintenance period?

The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.

We are manufacturer supplying fully automatic exercise book making machines. We have three factories, two factories local on Yiwu city, Zhejiang province, one factory locals on Kunshan city, Jiangsu province.
