As long as we have information about your application scenarios, working pressure, working temperature, and the maximum acceptable size range for the liuqid cold plate, our technical team can provide you with a corresponding design.

The production process of our liquid cold plate roughly involves material inspection upon arrival at the factory, processing, CNC cutting, runner making, furnace brazing, cleaning, surface treatment.

Our technical team will generate the desired data based on the drawings of your liquid cold plate . This includes simulating the working environment of the liquid cooling plates, the thermal imaging performance of the liquid cooling plate under ambient temperature, the temperature performance of any medium inside the cold plates, and the performance of the cold plates under different working pressures.

Before production, we will perform material composition inspection on the materials of the liquid cold plate, and can provide customers with material reports. Afterwards, before the product is finished, a simple dimensional inspection will be conducted, focusing on the overall dimensions of the liquid cold plate, as well as the dimensions between the joints.
