For small tooling (external size less than 229mm), tooling takes about 10-15 days and off-tool samples take about 5 days.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For tooling, 100% prepayment by TT bank is required. For bulk production, 30% prepayment by TT bank and balance against delivery.
Q:Can you provide videos or pictures during processing?
A:
Yes, we will keep you updated about the status by sending videos or pictures. You can start with a small trial.
Q:What is the process to change a design into a real product?
A:
The process includes CAD drawings evaluation, finalization, tooling drawing approval with 100% prepayment, tooling development, extrusion, sample approval, bulk production prepayment, bulk production, balance payment, and delivery.
