We accept any quantity you may need. However, a set-up charge will be applied for small orders.
Q:What is the lead time for tooling and samples?
A:
For small tooling (external size less than 229mm), tooling takes about 10-15 days, and off-tool samples take about 5 days.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
For tooling, 100% prepayment by TT bank. For bulk production, 30% prepayment by TT bank, with the balance against delivery.
Q:Can you provide updates during production?
A:
Yes, we will keep you updated about the status by sending videos or pictures. You can start with a small trial by sending your drawings.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
