A composite mesh filter features a double-layer structure: an outer metal mesh (aluminum or galvanized steel) reinforced with inner synthetic non-woven fabric. Compared to ordinary single-layer panel filters, it offers higher structural strength, better dust holding capacity, and supports repeated washing, making it more durable and cost-effective for long-term use.

Q:What efficiency grade does your composite mesh filter have?

Our composite mesh filters are available in G3 and G4 grades per EN779 standard. G3 removes ~85% of particles >=5um, G4 removes ~90% of particles >=5um. They are designed as the first-stage pre-filter to capture large particles like hair, lint, coarse dust and insects, protecting downstream medium and HEPA filters.

Q:What frame materials are available and which should I choose?

We offer galvanized steel frame and aluminum alloy frame. Galvanized steel is cost-effective and rigid, suitable for standard commercial HVAC. Aluminum alloy is lighter, corrosion-resistant and recommended for humid environments, food factories or cleanrooms where hygiene and durability are prioritized. Both support repeated disassembly and washing.
