Q:What is the difference between F5, F6, F7 and F8 pocket filters?

Filtration efficiency increases from F5 to F8. F5 removes ~60% of 1um particles, F6 ~80%, F7 ~95%, F8 ~95% of 0.5um particles. F5 has the lowest air resistance and cost among them, making it ideal for general commercial buildings, offices and schools where high-grade purification is not strictly required.

Q:How long does an F5 pocket filter last?

Under normal operating conditions, the service life is approximately 3-6 months. Actual lifespan depends on airflow, dust concentration, ambient humidity and maintenance frequency. We recommend installing a differential pressure gauge and replacing when final resistance reaches 250Pa.

Q:What sizes are available and do you support custom dimensions?

Standard sizes include 592x592x381mm, 595x595x500mm, 287x592x381mm, etc. We fully support non-standard custom sizes, pocket quantities (3-12 pockets) and frame materials to match your AHU dimensions and project requirements. MOQ for custom sizes is 10 pieces.
