Q:hat is pre-filter with holding frame, and how is it different from standard panel pre-filter?
A:
Pre-filterwith holding frame adopts dual-layer structure consisting of reusable metal holding frame and replaceable filter insert. The outer metal holding frame can be reused continuously, only the inner filter insert is consumable for regular replacement. Compared with conventional one-piece panel pre-filter, there is no need to discard the whole frame during replacement, which greatly reduces consumable cost. The pull-out filter insert enables quick on-site maintenance.
Q:What frame materials can I choose, and which one should I pick for my project?
A:
Galvanized steel holding frame and aluminum alloy holding frame are optional. Galvanized steel is cost-effective and robust for standard commercial HVAC systems. Aluminum alloy features light weight and superior corrosion resistance, which is recommended for humid environments, food factories and cleanrooms with high requirements on hygiene and durability. The whole holding frame is easy to disassemble, and filter insert can be taken out separately for maintenance.
Q:Do you support custom sizes? Do I need to modify existing equipment for installation?
A:
Custom dimensions are supported to match installation openings of on-site air handling units and ventilation cabinets. With modular structure, it can directly replace traditional panel pre-filters of the same size without equipment modification, achieving quick and simple field installation.
