It is used for knurling the inner side of grooves on aluminum or plastic profiles, which effectively improves the shear strength between thermal strips and combined profiles.

The handwheel on the left vertical column, left and right transverse handwheels support two-way adjustment. The fixture lifting handwheel enables free height regulation.

The distance between left and right cutters can be tuned to suit all profiles including special-shaped, high-low and staggered profiles, with automatic strip clamping and releasing function.

Designed as a heavy-duty unit, the machine adopts 8-way adjustable central material supporting rollers on the worktable to accommodate various profile configurations.

High-quality hard alloy knurling cutters operate at high speed to knurl the thermal strip embedding grooves of aluminum alloy profiles with excellent knurling quality.
