Q:Will the wontons made by this machine break easily during boiling?
A:
It adopts imitation hand pinching sealing with uniform clamping force. If wrapper formula and moisture are properly adjusted, the breakage rate during boiling is very low.
Q:Can it produce wontons in different sizes and shapes?
A:
Yes. Replace corresponding forming molds to make yuanbao wontons and wontons of different sizes. Filling weight and wrapper thickness are adjustable.
Q:What fillings are suitable? Can fillings with plenty of vegetables be used?
A:
It works for pure meat and meat-vegetable mixed fillings. Fillings with large chunks or coarse fibers need to be finely chopped to guarantee good fluidity.
Q:Is machine cleaning complicated?
A:
Food contact parts are detachable. Smooth stainless steel surface can be cleaned with water and soft brush. Clean leftover dough and filling after each batch to avoid dry residue.
Q:How many workers are needed to operate?
A:
Only 1 operator for feeding materials and collecting finished wontons. Extra staff can be arranged if matched with dough mixing and rolling equipment.
