SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with 110 employees and no stated affiliation with a larger corporate group. It operates manufacturing and related processing, installation, and sales activities, with six production lines, six to ten quality-control staff, and stated annual fabric/upholstery-fabric output of 10,000,000 meters. The supplier demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM services, recent product development, and 11–20 years of combined R&D engineer experience. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications are reported. Service procedures and complaint-handling records are documented, although corrective-action procedures lack written records. Financial information is identified for 2021–2023, but the slices do not provide financial results sufficient to assess credibility. Export experience is broad, while the absence of a valid import/export license is a material operational...

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company and a combined business, covering manufacturing, processing, installation, and sales. It is not an offshore company and is not stated to belong to a larger corporate group.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. Its company description also states that fire-retardant and water, oil, and stain-repellent treatments have been tested by Intertek, SGS, and Applied Lab, although the slices do not provide certificate numbers or validity dates.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures and records for effective service assessment and customer complaint handling. Its corrective and preventive action process exists but has no written records, indicating a documented weakness in corrective-action evidence.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM service, and 11–20 years of combined R&D engineer experience. It lacks an available SDK, while digitalization, ERP integration, and AI-model status are unknown; the available evidence nevertheless supports product-development capability.

Production capacityThe supplier operates six production lines and lists automatic packing, rolling, hot-press, and sewing equipment, with six to ten quality-control staff. It reports 10,000,000 meters of fabric/upholstery-fabric output and exports to multiple global regions, but its lack of a valid import/export license is a significant compliance concern.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports both ODM services and OEM services for well-known brands, providing strong evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier states that Hilton, Marriott, and Crowne Plaza are partners for fabric upholstery and curtain projects, and that fabric swatches and sample books are available. These named customer references are supplier-provided, but the slices do not include project details, dates, or independent verification.
