20FT Expandable Container Mobile House with Kitchen Bathroom Prefabricated Modular Portable Foldable Home

The gross weight ranges from 3500KG to 4500KG. The basic simple version is 3500KG, the standard fully decorated version is 4000KG, and the upgraded version with integrated bathroom and complete electrical system is 4500KG.

The standard 20FT model can be fully unfolded and installed within 2-4 hours with 2-3 workers. It adopts tool-free integral folding design, no complex construction required. The whole house can be put into use quickly after simple positioning and fixing.

Full customization is supported. We can adjust the exterior color, wall panel material, door and window quantity and position, interior floor, ceiling, electrical circuit layout, and support customized integrated bathroom, kitchen cabinet, furniture layout and brand logo printing according to customer requirements.

Only fixed facilities in the middle core area can be reserved. All furniture and sundries in the double wing expansion area must be emptied before folding and transportation, otherwise it will affect the folding structure and cause damage to the house panels and sliding tracks.

2 sets of standard 20FT double wing houses can be loaded in one 40HQ container. The folded size is compact, which greatly saves sea freight cost compared with traditional integrated container houses, with high transportation cost performance.
